All orders are shipped to the specified address as per the instructions of and cost to the customer.
Goods will be shipped within 2-7 working days and only after funds due for purchased items have cleared in our bank account.

All orders are shipped by or on behalf of Earth Power Technologies without any insurance. Customers must insure their own goods in transit.

Earth Power Technologies will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may be incurred during transit, including but not limited to; force majeure, theft, looting, hijacking, fire, mishandling, negligence, acts of God, or any other cause that is out of our control.
